pilates-exercises-2016Lets face It,  there are days we just don’t have time to work out.  Going for a walk around the block doesn’t seem feasible.  However, we still need to move and if your like me sometimes you don’t always have a lot of time.  So what to do?  These are my top 5 Pilates exercises I do when I have no time or if I want a quick warm up before I actually go and workout.  These are core building exercises that are for strengthening and lengthening your muscles.  These are classical Pilates exercises and doing them 3-4 times a week is great and your body will thank you.  You will feel energized and stretched.  Remember modify accordingly and listen to your body.
